We have an exclusive building to host you with all the services, just 2 blocks from the Glorieta Colon. The area is very nice, an excellent location within the city, where you will find premium restaurants, shopping malls, the financial and banking area of Guadalajara, such as Punto Sao Paulo just 5 minutes away and MIDTOWN which is 2 blocks away. Whether you're traveling by car, Uber, or public transportation, it's very easy to access and inexpensive from our location. The space We have an exclusive building to accommodate you with 22 rooms where everyone is a guest and the rooms are hotel type. Our rooms are equipped with single or double beds, a closet, microwave, minibar, sink with dishwasher, cable TV and wireless internet. We have staff at the front desk during the day. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT!!! 1.-To stay with us, you must fill out a registration card at the time of your arrival and show official identification. 2.-Check that your reservation has the correct number of guests, otherwise you will have to pay $200 pesos PER NIGHT PER EXTRA PERSON, for the duration of your stay in cash at the time of your arrival to allow them to enter. Remember that Airbnb does not allow you to modify your reservation after check-in time. 3.-At the time of your arrival the room has amenities only, during your stay no cleaning service is provided, we can manage this service for you at an extra cost.
