The St. John Great House

This luxury four bedroom custom villa, designed and rebuilt by David Moser of Thos. Moser, and his wife Pamela Hurley who has been in the travel and hospitality industry for over 25 years. No expense was spared on this space, from custom wood and stone work, brand new Westin Heavenly mattresses, high-end linens, hand crafted furniture, and All-Clad cookware. Just a 10 minute drive from downtown Cruz Bay and 15 minutes to the Nat’l Park Beaches. Our villa is not suitable for young children. The space The St. John Great House 270 is recognized by all accounts as having the islands most spectacular view. The grand panorama marks from sunrise over Rams Head to sunset over Saint Thomas and beyond to Lovongo in the opening to the Sir Francis Drake channel. Indeed 270° of the Azure Caribbean ocean. As an upscale villa, custom-made furnishings and artful appointments are adorned throughout and create an elegant atmosphere. Remote controlled premium flameless indoor/outdoor candles are located throughout the house and patios. Each bedroom has plush bathrobes, oversized sliding glass doors, en-suite bathrooms, king size four poster bed with Westin Heavenly Mattress, European fine linens, and the latest smart TV's. The Great Room is flanked by both the master bedroom (sunset west view) and oversized guest bedroom (sunrise east view) both with secluded patios on each side of the house. The master bedroom also has an oversized outdoor shower! The east guest room also has a sofa sleeper. The third guest bedroom is through an exterior entrance and located on the lower pool level. All bedrooms come equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair blow dryers. Caribbean living at its best with an undercover veranda and bar with walk-in access to the crescent lap pool with the conversation spa ensuring relaxed unified atmosphere. The pool veranda is graced with bar and lounge seating, outdoor large screen TV and Bluetooth stereo. You can watch the game on the big screen while sipping cocktails in the pool! The expansive upper decks boast many comfortable sitting and dining areas with high-end outdoor furnishings by Cane Line , Barlow Tyrie and IndoSoul. The kitchen and bar area are equipped with All-Clad cookware and well appointed cutlery, glassware and tableware. Perched on top of a secluded private road with parking for six vehicles the St. John Great House is easily accessible 10 minutes from Cruz Bay and 15 minutes to the National Park for hiking and beaches. Alone the St. John Great House 270 is a Destination and it is convenient to all the best St. John has to offer. **********Please note: Our villa is not suitable for young children.******** We will accept kids 8 years and older with special permission from owners. Guest access Guests have access to entire spacious villa. Other things to note Please note: 1. Our pool is not a heated pool. 2. Our driveway is steep. 3. We don’t have an ice-maker so pick up ice when you provision. 4.Our villa is not suitable for multiple young children under 10.
