Minutes to the nearby city of Brandon and a short scenic drive to the beautiful Spruce Woods Provincial Park. Stylish and comfortable this modern suite has everything you'll need for an extended stay. Suitable for families, travellers and business trips. The space The suite is equipped with: -full sized kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven -dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans..etc -washer and dryer -2 big screen SMART TV's to access your Netflix, Amazon Prime or live stream. -free wireless internet -large shower, bidet toilet -2 queen beds, 1 double wall bed, and an additional sofa bed -all bedding, towels Pets. Shouldn't be an issue. We would ask you to clean up after them. Please keep them off of the bedding and furniture. If they shed hair. And pickup any of their business in the yard. Thank you Brad Guest access Guests will have access to the whole upstairs studio (aprox 950 sq ft) Basement is off limits Other things to note If you are an extended stay guest, we will change the bed linens and clean the studio once weekly at a rate of $50.00. If you would like housekeeping done more regularly this can be arranged. Please note that we do not provide hotel-like services. The space is fully equipped with supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Should you require additional items, guests are responsible for purchasing what is necessary. Absolutely no late night parties. You will be asked to leave if this rule is not respected. Please be mindful of noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am.
