Guest access Neighborhood is gated with security it’s extremely safe, walking to markets, shopping, paths, and parks. Walking is encouraged during day light hours however the streets are also lighted as well as the walking paths for evening hours. There is roaming security 24/7 for any emergency or reports through out the communities. Lyft and Uber are both accessible and arrive usually within 3-5 minutes. I will also have a concierge on duty during stay in case of anything forgotten within reason.
