The space This magnificent property is an exquisite 3-story mansion boasting 10 bedrooms and offering breathtaking views. The top floor features four bedrooms, including the luxurious Master Suite (Bedroom #1) with a king bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub, a balcony with two lounge chairs, and a hammock providing awe-inspiring ocean views. The Junior Suite (Bedroom #2) offers a king bed, an en suite bathroom, and a small balcony with spectacular views. Bedroom #3 features a king bed, while Bedroom #4 has a king bed and a full bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. On the middle floor, you'll discover the main kitchen with stunning views, a dining room with a large table seating 12 guests, and an outdoor terrace with a swing and seating areas, ideal for enjoying breakfast while surrounded by the ocean vistas. Everywhere you look, there are mesmerizing ocean views. An elegant living room with a 55" TV and Apple TV awaits, along with a garage equipped with a ping pong table, a full refrigerator, two long surfboards, and a basketball hoop. The main floor also offers two small bedrooms. Bedroom #5 features a trundle bed and a twin futon (without a bathroom), while Bedroom #6 offers a full-size bed and a small full bathroom. The lower level comprises four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #7 presents a king bed, Bedroom #8 provides two queen beds, Bedroom #9 features a king bed, and Bedroom #10 offers a king bed. Additionally, there is an open room with a trundle bed (two twin beds) and a living room with a 65" TV. A second kitchen on this floor includes a billiard pool table with a TV and bar tables and stools, creating a lively entertainment space.
