Captain Morgan's Beach House an Upscale Waterfront Home 4 miles from Downtown

Captain Morgan's is a roomy, two bedroom vacation rental on the upper floor of a waterfront duplex. This is street level and there are no stairs into or inside the rental. The rooms are spacious with over 1,500 sq ft of living space. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and a private master bathroom with a large 2 person walk-in shower. The second bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a queen size bed. The main bathroom is across the hall from the second bedroom and it has a tub/shower combination. There is also a small den that has a twin bed in it. Large picture windows wrap around the master bedroom, living room & dining room area framing an amazing ocean view. It has a large open galley type kitchen fit for a chef. One of the nicest features of this house is the enclosed deck with glass railings for a total unobstructed view of the ocean. This area is one of the best whale watching areas on the whole island. The deck has comfortable seating and a gas barbeque. The location is perfect! It is only 4 miles from downtown, 3 miles to Herring Cove, 1 mile to rotary beach and a quick walk to Mountain Point where you will find some of the best shoreline fishing in Ketchikan. A 5 mile long bike/walking trail runs in front of the house. On the lower level of this duplex is another vacation rentals called the Admiral Beach House. It also have two bedrooms. This works well for larger groups traveling together. HOUSE RULES: This is an adults only rental. The property is not suitable for young children under 14 yrs old. This is a completely non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed on the deck or anywhere on the property. *** We have a maximum occupancy of 4 people. We require a signed rental agreement and names of all of the people that will occupy the house. The rental agreement will be sent from Alaska Travelers and must be signed to confirm the reservation.
