Captain Morgan's Beach House is an Upscale Waterfront Home only 4 mi to Downtown

Captain Morgan's is a large two bedroom vacation rental is on the upper floor of a waterfront duplex. It is very roomy with over 1,500 sq ft of living space. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and a private master bathroom with a large 2 person walk-in shower. The second bedroom is spacious, has vaulted ceilings and a queen size bed. The main bathroom is across the hall from the second bedroom and it has a tub/shower combination. There is also a small den that has a twin bed in it. Large picture windows wrap around the master bedroom, living room & dining room area framing an amazing ocean view. It has a large open galley type kitchen fit for a chef. One of the nicest features of this house is the enclosed deck with glass railings for a total unobstructed view of the ocean. The deck has comfortable seating and a gas barbeque. The location is perfect! It is only 4 miles from downtown, 3 miles to Herring Cove, 1 mile to rotary beach and a quick walk to Mountain Point where you will find some of the best shoreline fishing in Ketchikan. A 5 mile long bike/walking trail runs in front of the house. On the lower level of this duplex is another vacation rentals called the Admiral Beach House. It also have two bedrooms. This works well for larger groups traveling together. This house is not suitable for young children under 13 yrs old. This is a non-smoking property. We have a maximum occupancy of 5 people.
