Universal City, the studios, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Pasadena, the Getty Museum and other attractions are easily accessed. The fully equipped suite has a private entrance and is separated from the main house by a locked door. A tranquil oasis in the middle of the city! Welcome! Crisp linens and fluffy towels await you. Catch up with emails or prepare for work at the desk overlooking the garden or you can take your computer outside! The beautiful private garden serves as an extra room, where you can relax and enjoy the famous Southern California weather with a cup of coffee and a book or enjoy a dip in the pool. You enter through a locked side gate to the backyard and the private entrance to your bedroom and bath. A locked door separates you from the rest of the house. You have use of the garden and pool. Swimming is at your own risk. I am always delighted to meet guests and willing to offer help throughout your stay. I live in a quiet neighborhood of single-family homes built in a walnut grove over sixty years ago. We are at the foot of the hills just north of Beverly Hills. Going east a few miles is Universal City, and further east Burbank and Pasadena. Only a short walk away is Ventura Boulevard, noted for its many restaurants and shops. There is easy access to the freeways, which will take you to the Getty Museum, Santa Monica and the beach. Parking is on the street. A bus runs on a regular schedule east/west on Ventura Blvd and connects with other buses as well as the Metro [subway] to downtown Los Angeles. Information about the metro system is available on the internet. There is also an app that allows you to know when the bus is arriving at your stop.
