Recently restored and remodeled old colonial mansion with high ceilings and traditional finishes. Comfortable rooms and a pool where you can relax and cool off after exploring Valladolid and its surroundings. Centrally located just one block from the main square. Accommodates 4-5 people. It's ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for privacy and space. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities. The space We will welcome you in a spacious living room where the living room and dining room are located, you will immediately find a very spacious, modern and comfortable kitchen and a half bathroom. The pool area is in the center of the house, with a small table and chairs to relax. At the back is the first bedroom with a full bathroom, a double bed and a single bed that folds under it. Up the stairs is the second bedroom with a king size bed. Going up one more floor, you will find the second full bathroom, very spacious, with a tub and an unmissable view. Last but not least, the outdoor terrace where you could enjoy the sunset overlooking the main church. Guest access Guests access the house through a key box located on the front door of the mansion, using the code that will be given to you 24 hours in advance. The house is totally private and has 3 levels and 2 terraces. Other things to note The pool is cleaned on each guest's check-in day. Since it is in an open area, it is susceptible to dust and leaves from the trees that fall to the bottom. This does not mean that the pool water is dirty, as it has a purification system. If you would like an additional cleaning, let us know. We can arrange it at no extra cost. (Pets are not allowed on this property)
