Casa Marbella is the perfect home for family or friends vacation. It is perched just 2 short blocks above the plaza 2blocks uphill in Sayulita, sprawling views of the ocean, surf. Newly renovated. Two and a half stories with two private patios and a rooftop deck for sunbathing.3 patios connected by 3 sets of stairs. The house is set up for family style living with a full kitchen upstairs in Casita B and a kitchenette downstairs in Casita A. Local manager concierge Air Conditioned. Sleeps 8   The space The top story is multi-tiered with the sleeping loft level featuring a king and a double bed, perfect for keeping an eye on young kids. Great WiFi, A wide screen TV , Netflix and other streaming offerings.  Icy cold AC. The main bathroom fresh and modern with a large rainshower showerhead and pebbled floor.  Another half-bath is off the bedroom. The lower tier has a kitchen with a living and dining area and another single bed, perfect for a granny or nanny.  The lower level apartment has two beds: a queen size and a single with a fully functioning kitchenette. The house is Perfect for 2 couples or a family with older children or two small families. Lovely bathrooms with stone floored showers.  A staircase leads to a rooftop patio to enjoy the beautiful vistas Sayulita has to offer, or check out the surf!  Rental fees include maid service 3 times/ week2 times for short stays. Our concierge Omar is always available to assist you and make your stay more comfortable. Gratuities appreciated  Make Casa Marbella your home away from home! Guest access 2 blocks from Plaza or 4 short blocks to the best part of main beach. 5 minutes or less to all Sayulita has to offer. Omar will greet you at your arrival where he will familiarize you with the house and the safety features of the home and with your private safe. Please note $150.00 refundable key deposit is required at check in Other things to note Sayulita is a vibrant town, built on the hillside crescent looking over Sayulita Bay, and we do have live music in the Plaza well into the evenings especially during holidays and high season. If you are sensitive to noise we ask that you please take precaution and come with comfortable earplugs or we can provide some for you, we think you will enjoy our beautiful town. Menus and Custom catering available on request. Kitchen is well equipped both upstairs and down. Hairdryer on premise RT airport transportation including a 40 minute stop for groceries or banking is available thru our car service for up to 7 guests. Van service also available for more guests with more luggage or equipment.
