We cannot take responsibility for theft or damage to personal belongings or cars. Toilets are not to be used as bins; please rinse sand off before entering the house. Please treat the property with care – damages will be deducted from the deposit. Cleaning included: linens changed every 7 days, towels every 4 days. For your arrival, we provide water, soap, toilet paper, a sponge, and basic cleaning supplies. Please restock as needed.
