Your stay comes with one underground heated parking space, one swimming pool, three hot tubs and a small gym. This top floor unit has a southwest facing mountain view patio and plenty of window light. The private bedroom has a comfy king size bed with an ensuite full washroom with a bath, shower and sink with the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner for your use during your stay. Please be noted you have to go through the bedroom to get into the bathroom. In the living space is a double size comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove, oven, BBQ, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and freezer. We provide free national park pass. Just please make sure you return it to the condo before you leave. Guest access The entire unit is for private rental and guests will have full access to building and amenities. Other things to note ZONED VACATION RENTAL - This unit is in a legal vacation rental zone in Canmore. Many units and listings on the rental sites are not which can be potentially disruptive for your vacation. It is located in the heart of the downtown core away from the Trans Canada highway and away from the high density condo zone of the 1A.
