House in Las Ánimas with one bedroom

Furnished house with a modern rustic style, with a newly remodeled room. The room has a queen size sofa bed and the space is exclusively for you, since the house is not inhabited by anyone. The house is in an excellent location, Las Ánimas is the most picturesque and safest area of the city. With access to the main shopping plazas (Plaza Ánimas and Plaza Las Américas) within a 5-10 minute walk and downtown within a 10-minute drive (15 by public transport). The space The house has a modern rustic touch and the room is newly remodeled, has a queen size sofa bed and new ceiling fan. The rent is for the room and bathroom, kitchen and common areas. The bathroom has hot water and is for private use but is outside the room, anyway you will always be alone. We live very close by and are available for whatever you need. During your stay I am always available via phone and WhatsApp to answer questions and receive feedback. Other things to note The house is in a very quiet area and, for most of the day, the street is only used by the neighbors.
