Mexican Style Apartment excellent location

We are located just 5 minutes from the beautiful "Playa de Oro" beach, where the Hotel Crown Paradise Club Puerto Vallarta is located, a quiet place, and with excellent public transport routes, the center of Puerto Vallarta and the Malecon are just 18 minutes from our location. Our apartment is furnished with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen and a bathroom, it is suitable for 5 people. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT!!! 1.-To stay with us, you must fill out a registration card at the time of your arrival and show official identification. 2.-Check that your reservation has the correct number of guests, otherwise you will have to pay $200 pesos PER NIGHT PER EXTRA PERSON, for the duration of your stay in cash at the time of your arrival to allow them to enter. Remember that Airbnb does not allow you to modify your reservation after check-in time. 3.-At the time of your arrival the room has amenities only, during your stay no cleaning service is provided, we can manage this service for you at an extra cost.
