Large guest suite very close to Commercial Drive

Close to funky Commercial Drive with lots of Italian coffee shops, local breweries and great unique restaurants. Also just a few minutes walk to the Sky Train station and numerous bus stops. Guests love the large living space, free off street parking and it's brand new bathroom! The suite is great for single people and couples. Previous guests have ranged from out of town visitors to people moving to Vancouver and needing a long term base to familiarise themselves. The space This is a very comfortable and livable guest suite on the garden level of our house. It is located in a very family friendly neighbourhood and in the heart of residential Vancouver. Guest access The suite is very private, except the shared laundry room. The entrance to the suite is accessed via our back garden. Other things to note The guest suite is part of our house on the bottom floor (this is a very common feature of houses in Vancouver). So we expect guests to be courteous of noise at all times while in the suite. As we are a family of 4 we also promise to be courteous about the noise for our guests. Any issues we hope can be resolved by a quick text or chat. The suite, in places, has a lower than normal ceiling height. We also have a friendly Black Labrador (Amelia) who sometimes wonders around the garden. If guests are uncomfortable with that, then we are happy not letting her roam free during their stay.
