Kitchen: • Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, induction pans, dishes and glassware. • For your convenience, complimentary amenities are included to start your stay (salt, pepper, coffee, sugar and coffee mate). Other things to note COMPLEX RULES In order to ensure harmonious coexistence and preserve tranquility for all, we kindly ask you to take into account the following rules and procedures, approved by the building management. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Check-in information: • Pre-registration: You will be sent a registration form 1 or 2 weeks in advance. It is essential to sign it and send it along with an official ID to register your stay. Failure to do so in advance may result in denial of access. • Check-in: All guests with stays of less than 30 days must check in with the concierge upon entering the lobby, fill out the corresponding to receive the identification wristbands (cost $10 each, replacement costs $100). • Bracelets: It is mandatory to wear the bracelet throughout your stay and give it to the concierge at the time of your departure. • Hours: Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance to check availability. • Check-in process: Check-in is done directly with the building concierge. They will give you the rules to sign, put on your wristbands, and make the payment. If you arrive after 9:00 pm, please let us know in advance to coordinate your access with building staff and check-in with you. • Check-out process: It is important that you check in with the concierge to let them know that you are leaving so they can collect the bracelets. Parking and valet parking: • Only one vehicle is allowed in the covered parking assigned to the unit. Additional vehicles must be parked in the visitor area and only if available. Valet parking is complimentary, optional, and at your own risk. • Management is not responsible for theft or damage. • The maximum parking height is 2.15 m. • Speed limit: 10 km/h. • The lobby motor can only be used for a maximum of 10 minutes for ascent/descent. Common areas (pool and Jacuzzis): • Reserving lounge chairs is not allowed. Items left unattended for more than 15 minutes will be removed and stored for safety. • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and eating or drinking in the pool is prohibited. • Large inflatables and bulky toys are not allowed. • Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Diving is prohibited. • Pool towels must be used, which you will find in the apartment. Always place a towel on the loungers and armchairs to avoid stains. • The use of glass objects in common areas is prohibited. • The Jacuzzi is exclusively for adults. No bottles or food allowed. • To avoid misunderstandings, it is forbidden to bring closed backpacks to the pool area. Open tote bags are allowed. Gym: • Only for those over 15 years of age. The use of appropriate sportswear and footwear is mandatory. • Use of the facilities is at your own risk. • Guests with stays of less than 30 days can use the gym in the evening, starting at 4:00 pm. Garbage and cleaning: • Tie up garbage bags and place them in the garbage chutes. Do not leave bags in hallways or elevators. • Deposit only small garbage, separated into organic and inorganic. For cardboard, glass, wood, unicel and debris, use the special containers in the basement of Tower 1. • Please dry off before using the elevators. Otherwise, cleaning charges or suspension of access will apply. Music and noise: • In the pool, music can only be heard with headphones. No loudspeakers or loud phones are allowed. • Keep the volume low inside the apartment so as not to disturb the neighbors. Pets: • Pets are strictly forbidden in the condo. Additional prohibitions: • Bringing coolers, thermal bags, or backpacks to common areas or the beach. • Moving umbrellas or loungers from their original place. • Hiring bands or musical groups. • Throwing garbage or hanging clothes on balconies or terraces. • Removing pots or furniture from the terraces. • Take dishes or glassware out of the restaurant or beach club. Parties and gatherings: • They are strictly forbidden, without exception. • Guests with stays of less than 30 days are not allowed visitors during their stay. Other guidelines: • All guests must leave the condo at the end of their stay and cannot stay in common areas. • Any service request (cleaning, repairs, etc.) is our responsibility as hosts, not the condo staff. • Forgotten items will be kept for 15 days, after which they will be donated. Non-compliance: • Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate suspension of services. The host will be notified and must come to resolve the situation, and the fine imposed by the building management will be applied. • Acts that endanger the integrity of others, immoral acts, threats, or violence may result in financial fines and legal action.
