This is a unique place to relax and to enjoy nature that can accommodate up to 23 people (extra fee applies after 8 guests); two authentic Michoacan trojes (log cabins) are blended with modern Mexican architecture to create a small village of your own. Splendid gardens and relaxing streams surround the houses. Magic...! Las Trojes is intended for people interested in enjoying a peaceful, relaxing time out of the city. It is not offered as a Party or Event site. The space Las Trojes is a beautiful place, ideal to share with family and/or groups of friends, in contact with nature and enjoying the warm climate of the area, but at the same time cool due to the abundant vegetation. It is also suitable for retreats, groups, and work meetings. The property consists of: A main house, where you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, an outdoor terrace/dining area with a charcoal grill, and a full bathroom. Leaving this, there are 2 units that we call Trojes with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The Troje called Jaguar has 4 bedrooms (numbered 1,2,3 and 4) and 3 bathrooms The troje called Chapulín has 4 bedrooms (numbered 5, 6, 7, and 8) and 2 bathrooms. Children under 7 years old stay free (up to 2 children) Guest access Upon arrival at the house, a person will meet you, show you the entire property, and hand over the keys to you. We have a pool, approximately 60 m³ (15,800 gallons), with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 meters (3.94 to 5.25 feet), for exclusive use. It has both gas and solar-powered heating equipment. The cost of gas to heat the pool is $840 per day from March to October and $1,200 from November to February. Next to the pool, there is a large palapa bar and a smaller one to shelter from the sun. We have lounge chairs, garden chairs, and pool towels available for all 23 guests. The spacious gardens are ideal for activities such as ball games, soccer, and volleyball (net available). The Tepec Condominium, where Las Trojes is located, has streets that form a circuit suitable for walking or jogging. We have service staff in the house for cleaning, for the kitchen, and to ensure the proper functioning of all areas. The cleaning fee, included in the Airbnb account, is for check-in and check-out. There will be a charge of $1,000. A service person is required to be present in the house at all times; for 9 guests or fewer, one person per day. For 10 or more guests, it is necessary to have 2 service personnel—one for the kitchen and one for cleaning—in order for the house to function properly. For more than 17 guests, a third service person is required. Upon entering the house, the following additional fees will be paid to Adriana, the manager: 1. Cleaning and cooking service (1, 2, or 3 maids per day) $550 each per day 2. Additional guests (U$575 per person per night after 17 guests) 3. Boiler gas ($840 or $1,200 per day) (Optional) Other things to note At the entrance of the condominium there is a security booth where you will be asked for identification and the name of the people who are entering and they will give you a numbered badge of the condominium. There is parking space for 6 cars on the property. The Condominium has a common area, with facilities that cannot be used, they are exclusive for owners and partners, thank you for respecting it. The condominium's security staff are constantly patrolling the streets for the safety of the condominium residents. Keep the music down, don't make too much noise after 10:00 PM. Check-out time is 4:00 p.m. An extra $300 per hour will be charged if you leave after this time.
