Vintage 1961 Airstream close to town

Classic 1961 Airstream for rent on shared 2 acres, has beautiful views of east hills in a country setting. The Airstream is set in our backyard as viewable in the listing images and has a shared yard space. The Airstream is equipped with a four burner propane stove for cooking, private toilet, sink with hot water and heated outdoor shower and fast wifi. Guests are welcome to use our gas grill. Hosts (and chickens) live on site. Located 3 miles from downtown Hood River. The space The Airstream fits two people comfortably in a double/full size bed and there's room for a third on the couch that transforms into a bed. Three adults would be too much but one child on the couch is tight but works. There is a small fridge, french press and tea kettle to enjoy coffee sitting outside as the sun comes over the east hills. There is running cold and hot water in the trailer. The outdoor shower has hot water, but when temperatures freeze we turn off the outdoor shower. The Airstream is located in our yard so there is some coming and going of our family but the outside sitting area for the Airstream is semi private and sheltered from the main part of the house. We do have chicken's in the yard so there is some clucking in the morning. The Airstream is set under a giant old maple tree which provides shade in the summer. Guest access Guests are welcome to make themselves at home in the Airstream and yard and if they don't want to use the outdoor shower or the shower in the trailer (it's quite small) they can use the house shower if needed. There is a gas BBQ that guests are welcome to use on the deck of the main house. Internet is free and generally fast (50mb download and 5 mb upload speeds). We have ample parking. Guests may see members of our family coming and going in the yard but the Airstream space is all yours. Other things to note We have a flock of friendly chickens on the property that sometimes wander. Please let us know if you'd like us to keep them in their pen. We live in the home on the property so can be available in person if needed.
