Beautiful 2 BR near plaza and beach

A tropical private retreat offering quick access to the Sayulita plaza and Pacific ocean, this house is set on a beautifully landscaped hillside in a residential neighborhood. A house manager is on call daily for any issues or questions that arise during your stay. Reviews have noted that this home is even more beautiful than the description, commenting “Not sure if 5 stars is enough to give for such an incredible place and staff.” The space As you enter the gate, you are greeted by lush tropical landscaping and graceful arches. You find two buildings separated by a courtyard and a small set of stairs. There is a bedroom and bath in each building, which makes the house ideal for two couples or for a family with an older child or two children who can share a bed. The spacious master bedroom and en-suite bath are in the lower building. The bed is California king size - NEW. Wide floor-to-ceiling doors open up to a handsome balcony overlooking a valley of palm and coconut trees. Mexican tiles and local art are featured in this bedroom/bath and throughout the entire house. The second bedroom (also with a NEW California king-size bed) is in the other building. Also in this building are a full bath, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Large fold-out doors open the kitchen and living room to the beautiful gardens. Air conditioning units have recently been installed in the master bedroom and the living room. The living room A/C cools both the living room and the second bedroom. There are ceiling fans in every room. A large safe is installed in the master bedroom. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for basic cooking and dining, including a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a large selection of pots, pans and dish ware. A small charcoal grill is located outside. Dining is alfresco on the cobblestone patio. Multiple patios provide private areas for resting, reading and conversing. Outdoor lighting transforms the patios into a special place for evening entertaining. Guest access You have the full run of and are the sole occupants of the house and courtyards. There is a one-bedroom penthouse above the house that can be rented separately. (The house and penthouse have separate entrances.) Other things to note Internet access is via FIBER OPTIC cable. Guests can work and play from the same space if they choose. The walk from the plaza up to the house takes about 10 minutes and includes a 2-minute somewhat steep incline. Guests will be happiest if they are in moderately good shape. Our property manager can arrange for a personal chef to prepare delicious meals for you. Above the house is a beautiful one-bedroom penthouse that is also available for rent, based on availability. This may not be meaningful to you unless you have rented elsewhere in Sayulita: The house is connected to the town sewer and you can use the bathroom as you are accustomed. Yay!
