The Drunken Parrot Beach House

This is our Family Option. Room for Mom and Dad and 2 or 3 kids or for 2 couples or 3-4 friends. Each room has it’s own bathroom. The upstairs living room gives you a place to hang out. Best part is the deck, drink coffee in the morning, watch the cruise ships come in or watch the sunset. Also the beach is just across the street and town is within walking distance. The space The Family Option, you have the entire second floor. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the bunk room has a full size bed with a Single bunk on top. Private bathroom attached to each room. The Coffee Station in the master bedroom has a small refrigerator, microwave and a K-cup brewer to make coffee and tea. Your doors in both the master bedroom and the upstairs living room opens onto the deck where you can see the blue green water. There is free WiFi and the TV (one in living room and one in master bedroom) is set up for streaming via Apple TV. (no cable) All rooms has A/C so the place is quiet and comfortable. We installed Smoke/CO detector in each bedroom and hallway and have a first-aid kit. You will also have access to a full kitchen, dinning and living area downstairs, that is shared with your host. Guest access The Drunken Parrot Beach House has common areas which includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room and lower decks. There is a washer and dryer off the kitchen area. There is an outdoor shower with a sink in the front of the house. You will be sharing the common area with my husband and I. Parking directly in front of the house. The gas grill, snorkel gear and coolers are available. During your stay We live at the Beach House in a downstairs apartment. We use the main kitchen to make meals and watch movies in the living room downstairs. We would love to share a meal with you or show you some or the local places to eat. We can be reached by cell phone - text or just knock on our door and we can assist you with any of your needs. Don't hesitate to ask questions - We want to make your stay a great one and look forward to meeting you and telling you about the island life. Pencil us in for a Rum drink on the deck. Other things to note This is a NO SMOKING house. No smoking in the house, on the deck, in the yard. We have a whole house water filtration system (excluding the outdoor shower) - you can drink the water! We also have a solar hot water heater so depending on the sun is how hot our water is. Electricity is very costly and we ask that you close the blinds and curtains when not in the room to help keep the room cooler. Note: We have a cat (that only lives in our apartment) and a parrot that live in the house.
