VENUS is a beautiful and cozy room, in a residential area, on the first floor, with a double bed, 2 hypoallergenic pillows, 100% cotton sheets, a closet, with a fan and portable air conditioning, it has a desk and lamp, a spacious and beautiful private bathroom with hot shower. It has a large kitchen, a large living room, dining room, and a garden with an umbrella. Around there are restaurants, pharmacies, shopping centers, cafes, fruit and vegetable markets. En el 3er nivel vivo yo en un apartamento independiente, casi no tengo acceso hacia el área rentada para garantizar la privacidad de los huéspedes, a menos que sea necesario bajar. Las áreas compartidas casi siempre permanecen solas porque solo hay dos habitaciones en renta, una en el primer piso y otra en el segundo, la mayoría de las personas salen a la playa y no regresan sino hasta la noche. You will love the place for many reasons, it is 6 minutes from the beach by car, its location is strategically perfect, tranquility, comfort, unbeatable safe area, you will find around you almost everything you need including restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, fruit and vegetable market, shopping centers, located 2 blocks from Costco, it is close to Soriana, Walmart, 3 short blocks away you can take the bus or easy access to taxis. I am sure that you will have a wonderful and safe experience here. Guest access The guest has a large and beautiful designer kitchen that you will not find in all of Puerto Vallarta, with a curved marble bar that you can use to eat if you wish, instead of using the attached table for 8 people or the garden table.
