The house is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city of Oaxaca, within walking distance of the Zócalo and the Cathedral. It is right in the historic center of Xochimilco, surrounded by old houses, a small church, and the Oaxacan children's library. It is a traditional neighborhood famous for religious festivities, such as Holy Week, Day of the Dead, and Christmas. Xochimilco is a neighborhood famous for religious celebrations, music, processions, and fireworks. The space 90 m² apartment, fully furnished, with two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, a full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a backyard with plenty of light. It is located in a traditional neighborhood known for its artisanal textile workshops, and also for hosting many Oaxacan and foreign contemporary artists.
