Newly-renovated 3,500 sq. ft. home on 8 acres of gated country land. It has 5 bedrooms (4 queens, 1 double), 3.5 bathrooms, central air, and WiFi. The big kitchen and dining areas make it easy to cook and eat together. There’s also a pool table, satellite TV, and some board games and puzzles to enjoy. Outside, you’ll find a large deck with seating, a large natural gas BBQ, a seasonal hot tub, and a fire pit with firewood provided. Laundry facilities are also available for your convenience." The space This home is perfect for short getaways for small groups and families. Our guests can enjoy some time in the country to relax and unwind. A refreshing escape from the busy city. This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults with 5 beds (4 queens and 1 double). For larger family get-togethers, we can expand the booking to include children, allowing a maximum group size of 14. Extra tri-fold mattresses with bedding are available, perfect for kids and teens, and we also provide two playpens for infants. It’s an perfect space to enjoy quality time with friends and family. This home is also ideal for working stays. Great for contract workers and project teams, conveniently located within 20 minutes of Leduc and Beaumont, and just 10 minutes from Wetaskiwin. Guest access The entire house will be fully accessible except for the office and storage room. Other things to note Use of the hot tub and/or the fire pit may not be permitted during the following conditions: Extreme cold, heavy snowfall, freezing rain, high winds, hail, regional fire ban, or repairs. Firewood is provided. Pets are not allowed on the property for any reason. Smoking is permitted outside only - it is not allowed inside the house. No parties or events.
