From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel right at home. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath air-conditioned condo (Brand New Renovation Jan 2023) that sleeps up to six friends or family. Your home’s open floor plan flows from living room to dining room and gives a beautiful view through sliding glass doors out onto the patio with table and chairs, along with a charcoal grill for enjoying the grassy retreat out back. Your living room is furnished with a comfortable large sectional couch and chair. There’s a flat-screen TV with cable. The kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to feed your hungry group. The galley style kitchen is perfectly organized for efficiency and cooking ease.The dining room table has seating for six. Child booster seat for the little ones in your group. Just beyond your kitchen are a new washer and dryer so you can keep your group in clean clothes during your stay. You will find a plush king-sized bed in the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Guests joining you in Hilton Head will sleep in the second bedroom that’s outfitted with a queen bed and one set of bunk beds. The guest bathroom is just outside the bedroom. There is a pack 'n play for any infants in your group. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combination, a vanity with lots of room to spread out toiletries and plush towels. Airbnb will automatically include half in your payment and the rest will be paid via the Resolution Center prior to arrival. This is required by our house cleaner and goes directly to her.
