Recently built beautiful off grid hilltop apartment. Located on a private 6 acre property with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the ocean. Overlooking Ensenada Honda (east view) and complete Vieques (south view) and Puerto Rico (west view). The space 6 acre property with two villas located on opposite sides of a mountain. Each villa, East and West, is a duplex with separate mirror apartments joined by an entry foyer. Each of the four apartments have handmade wood furniture, 15 ft sloped ceilings and lots of natural ventilation. You can enjoy panoramic views from the balcony or strolling around the property. We generate our own electricity and collect rain water for irrigation. The East Villa overlooks Ensenada Honda (east view) and complete Vieques (south view) and Puerto Rico (west view). The West Villa overlooks all of Vieques (south view) and Luis Peña and Puerto Rico (west view). Each villa has two apartments identified as Port (left side apt) and Starboard (right side apt). Each studio has it's own bathroom, kitchen, queen bed, twin futon and spacious 24 x 10 balcony. We'll provide bathroom and beach towels, bed sheets, beach chairs and cooler. ¡NOW WITH A/C!
