Luxury house in Lomas de Cuernavaca with a Jacuzzi.

Family home with luxurious decor and furniture, has a barbecue and stove, pool, jacuzzi, bar, recreation area, Internet and sound. All the bedrooms are large and the common areas spacious. 4 bedrooms equipped with A/C, comfortable beds, TV in 3 bedrooms. Fully-equipped Kitchen with all necessary cookware and appliances. Children's playground in the garden. Lounge type room for meetings. Parking for two cars. MAX 10 GUESTS TOTAL The space It is a very comfortable, spacious, and safe house. Located in the 100% residential Lomas de Cuernavaca neighborhood. We have two covered parking spaces. The pool is heated with solar panels and a boiler (at extra cost) and the Jacuzzi with gas. There is an outdoor living and dining area overlooking the garden as well as a small bar. The barbecue is close to the kitchen to make food preparation more dynamic. And next to the grill is a small gas stove to heat the rest of your food so you don't have to go in and out of the kitchen. The children's playground has two swings and a slide. They are safe and are in the garden for better parental supervision. At the bottom of the garden is a small lounge room that seats approximately 10 people and does not interfere with the sleep of those who are already sleeping in the house. All rooms feature A/C and a private bathroom. Three of them even have a TV in the room and a cable system. The TV located in the outdoor living and dining room also has a cable system to watch games while our staff can help you prepare the roast pork (extra cost). The OXXO and pharmacy are about eight blocks away if you need more variety of products or any medication. Guest access EXTRAS SERVICES FOR OUR GUESTS: A). - GAS TO HEAT JACUZZI AND/OR POOL In our house we have a solar heating system to heat the water in the pool, which works fine when it is sunny, making it unnecessary to use the boiler. In cold or cloudy weather and depending on each guest, one can switch on the boiler to boost the water heating provided by the solar system. Since the pool is large and requires more gas and time to warm up, we need to charge: FIRST GAS CHARGE IN HOT SEASON: $2,500 Subsequent gas refills to keep it warm $1,500 per day. FIRST GAS CHARGE IN COLD SEASON: $3,000 Subsequent gas refills to keep it warm: $1,800 per day. As for the hot tub, it always needs gas to work, for which the charge is $400 Pesos per hour. Believe me, this is more than enough to roast a chicken on a spit. You have to choose between heating the jacuzzi or pool, you can't heat both at the same time. If you decide to use the jacuzzi or use the boiler to warm up the pool, you should notify Caro and Jaime when you arrive and pay the cash amounts directly to them. B). - CHECK IN & OUT • Normal check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you want to check in earlier, a $1,000 MXN fee applies. • Regular check-out time is at 12 P.M. Should you want to stay longer, we can extend your stay until 5:00 P.M. at an additional cost of $1,000 Pesos which, like everything else, must be paid directly to Caro and Jaime. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY IN RESERVATIONS. C). - WI-FI Guests can make use of Wi-Fi using the keys that will be provided upon arrival by Caro and Jaime. Other things to note 1).- Due to the heat and the house's gardens, it is important to always carry mosquito repellent and sunblock, especially for the little ones. 2).- Caro and Jaime are not included in the house. Their services are paid separately and in cash directly to them. They live in an annex to the house, but without interfering with our guests' stay.
