It is a somewhat far away location and the neighboring population is local and different from the tourist area, however there is public transport and/or if you are going to rent a car it is easier in addition to that you are already saving in your accommodation If you need anything extra, we'll be happy to talk about it The distances in Cancun are super minor than that of a normal city so it would not cost you In addition, there is transportation for all destinations Playa del Carmen, Tulum Akumal.
