Scenic Sunset View - Private Basement

Enjoy an entire private basement with access to stunning views of Cowiche Canyon. You'll have two bedrooms, a bath with combo shower and tub as well as a mini fridge and microwave. A private entrance allows you to come and go as you please. This it the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the Yakima valley with close access to wineries, craft beer, and tons of outdoor activities. The space Two rooms - one has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There is one bathroom with combo shower and tub. There is no access to a full kitchen, but we do have a microwave and mini fridge. A main living area has a large screen tv (with cable tv) and big comfy lounging couch perfect for families. The area also has a small gym setup and treadmill. In the summer, guests also have access to the pool to cool off. Other things to note It can get snowy here in the winter time - we try and keep the driveway plowed, but I highly recommend 4WD vehicles if you expect it to snow during your time here. It will help you get in and out of the driveway as well as some of the fairly steep roads around the house.
