Private Paradise With An Amazing Ocean View!

Dutch Side Sint Maarten- Our bright, welcoming apartment is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a private lot with only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach (just one of 37 beaches our island has to offer) perfect for strolling, swimming and even surfing! This ocean view apartment is the perfect fit for anyone wanting to experience Sint Maarten like a true local would. The space The lot has one building on it and is fenced on all four sides with an electric gate at the front, the first floor contains your apartment with private parking, while the upstairs houses our family of 3 (Mother, Father and Daughter) and our pets are kept behind a second fencing within the yard separating the back half from the front half of the lot. Guest access Sole access to the front yard, downstairs apartment and terrace. Other things to note If our guests want, we will arrange for a rental car before they arrive. We have put together a binder with general information on restaurants, activities and shopping that will help our guests enjoy their stay in the island to the max.
