LOCATION: 1405 is in the 5th building from the beach and is top, 3rd floor (all elevators are new and operational or 2 easy flights up) with 2 balconies overlooking the pool considered beach view but is partially covered by coconut trees. 1405 is in a great location mid resort far enough from the Palapa bar so the loud music won't disturb you but only a 2-minute walk to the beach and from there 50 feet to the thriving coral reef. Walk down the beach and you will find local eateries as well as fine dining, music, bars, mini groceries, and lots of happy people.
