The space The "Les lucioles 1" maisonette is ideally located in the center of Martinique, in Saint-Joseph, to enjoy all the splendor of the island. It is located in a unique and ideal setting, lined with tree ferns and lush forest where fireflies indulge every day in an enchanted dance at sunset. The quiet and relaxing place invites you to relax in the middle of nature by the property's swimming pool. The air is fresh and sweet. This little corner of paradise is 5 minutes from a river, 25 minutes from Aimé Césaire Airport, 45 minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the island, 15 minutes from the capital Fort-de-France and 10 minutes from the largest shopping center on the island. The accommodation is new and equipped with all modern comforts. It is independent of the property. Guests have access to Wi-Fi and can park their vehicle for free. The accommodation consists of: - a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed with new and comfortable bedding; storage spaces - a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, sink and toilet; - a living room equipped with a sofa bed with a real double bed and comfortable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen and a television; - a terrace equipped with a private living room, a dining table and 4 chairs; - access to the property's swimming pool equipped with safety barriers, outdoor shower, steps for easy access to the bath (small bath for small children if necessary) and deckchairs to bask by the water; - secure access to the property equipped with a motorized gate with an individual remote control for entrances and exits. Discreet, I am however available to vacationers to facilitate their stay. Guest access Guests have access to the pool from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (flexible on request) and free parking for their vehicle. Other things to note Parties and loud music are not allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the accommodation. Access to the accommodation is secured by a motorized gate and remote control. Access to the pool is protected by a safety fence.
