Spacious & Private Accommodations This villa offers 3,800 sq. ft. of total living space (2,900 sq. ft. of luxurious interior plus 900 sq. ft. of seamless outdoor living). It offers the perfect balance of social spaces and privacy, comfortably accommodating your entire group across four distinct buildings: 1) Main House: Features a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, fireplace, 2 bedrooms (totaling 3 plush queen beds), a full bathroom and a large pergola-covered patio. 2) Detached Master Suite: Set apart from the main house for ultimate privacy, boasting a queen bed, a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and a private patio. 3) Stand-alone Casita: A fully self-contained guest house complete with a second full kitchen, its own living room with a cozy fireplace, a queen bed, a full bathroom, glass-enclosed atrium, and a private patio. 4) Large Garage: with sink and washer & dryer Guest access Guests have access to the full property during their stay. Nestled on a private half-acre lot, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy total seclusion without sacrificing convenience. • 5 minutes from local groceries, coffee shops and restaurants. • 10 minutes from the La Paz Airport (LAP). • 20 minutes from the vibrant restaurants, shops, and Malecon of downtown La Paz. • Endless Adventure: Easy access to renowned beaches (like Playa Balandra), world-class fishing in the Sea of Cortez, excursions to Espiritu Santo island, kayaking, and snorkeling with local marine life. Other things to note Additional Guest Policy: Our standard rate includes up to 8 guests. To cover increased water usage in our desert environment, groups of 9 or 10 will incur a $50 nightly fee per extra person. (Maximum capacity: 10 guests). • While the 60-foot infinity pool is unheated, the 8-person hot tub is perfectly heated for year-round relaxation. • Please note: For families with young children, the villa features a main terrace with an unfenced lap pool and raised patio walls with a 5-foot drop-off. While all sliding doors include secure iron screen gates, allowing you to enjoy the fresh desert breezes, please ensure young children and non-swimmers are actively supervised at all times when outdoor areas are in use.
