The Merry Berry Hideaway

In this spacious cottage style home you will be able to enjoy the privacy of this cozy space which is set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acre property. Conveniently located close to town, shopping, the recreation centre, walking distance to trails, lakes and the ocean. Upon arrival you will see that the winding driveway leads to the blueberry orchard and where we call home. The space Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio which overlooks the back yard of the one acre property with gardens, mature trees and a blueberry orchard. Two living rooms allow for you and your party to have some privacy. One living room is at the front of the house with a sofa bed, gas fireplace, this a quiet relaxing spot for reading and socializing with your group. Exit the front living room into the spacious dining room and kitchen which is a wonderful space for entertaining. From the kitchen, you will make your way to the cozy TV room which is situated at the back of the house, this room exits onto the patio and out the back door, this space has cable TV with Netflix, Disney+ and a half bathroom. We have additional secure storage space for bikes. Guest access Let us know when you would like to come to the back of the property and pick some complimentary blueberries mid July through August. We have two beautiful blue heeler dogs (Levi and Ozzy) that love to meet new people. Other things to note The house is a wonderful space for socializing with your group however, we do not allow parties or large group gatherings at the house. Our blueberries ripen for the duration of 6 weeks in July/August and we have friends and occasional U-Pickers help with the picking during this time. Guests are welcome to pick with advanced notice.
