Accessible, quiet, and modern space with a beautiful back yard, bedroom, and guest-use only bathroom. No cleaning fees. We are both vaccinated. For Covid-vaccinated guests only, we are now sharing our kitchen and living room. You will still have a mini-fridge, tea and coffee station in your room. We are a Canadian/Hungarian couple and a border collie/lab mix pup who are your guides to outdoor adventure and Portland sightseeing. See you soon! The space Private sections: The back yard is the biggest plus to this space. It is your private level of green oasis: small, but relaxing. You will also have your own custom remodeled bathroom on the main floor. You will have to walk through shared, higher-traffic spaces to get to this bathroom. The bedroom is quiet and tucked away from traffic noises and main noises from the house above you. We have a small cot for extra guests Shared: We have now opened up the main floor area, which includes kitchen, living room, and dining table for vaccinated guests. Laundry: The Laundry room is next to your bedroom, and you’re welcome to use it. Please note that this room is not cleaned according to Airbnb's enhanced COVID-19 standards Dog: We have a medium-sized dog. He's not a constant barker, but may bark when startled. He's also very friendly, loves pets and may lick you. Guest access For 24 hr access, you will be able to access the property's front door via a pin pad. We'll send you clear directions to show you to your room and bathroom. During your stay Due to COVID, we will be limiting our interactions with guests. We'd be happy to tell you about Portland briefly in person at 6 feet away or offer suggestions over text, phone, or Airbnb messages. We can also stay out of your way if you prefer privacy. If not up to date on your covid vaccines (including booster shot), please wear a mask while passing through common areas. Other things to note We have a border collie/lab mix pup.
