Garden Cottage in Beacon Hill (close to beach)

This garden cottage in Beacon Hill, (not in Simpson Bay) is only a 2 minute walk from Simpson Bay Beach and a 5 minute drive from the airport. It's a quiet residential neighborhood perfect for a single traveler. The guests will only share the property entrance with the host who lives next to the cottage. Having hosted in the past I enjoyed interacting with guests . This is a new listing but I have been a Super host in previous years and I intend to be one again. The space The space is typical of a cottage, or a cabin. It's wooden structure (safe and dry through previous storms) which gives the feeling of staying out in nature as it is surrounded by trees, waking up to the sound of birds. It has a small living room and kitchen (not shared) with a separate bedroom in the back plus private bathroom. It's quiet and private. It's a simple and rustic, certainly not modern but very comfortable space with a great "vibe". Currently working on small improvements in the garden and inside. It is due for a new coat of paint inside and some small details here and there. Hence a lower nightly rate. The property also has 3 very friendly dogs: Lady, Simpson and Ollie. Washer is shared. Other things to note We live close to the beach but please don't take it inside. The sand gets into the mattresses (which is a real uncomfortable problem) and clogs the drains. We have a garden hose at the entrance to help you clean off.
