Directions can be confusing so we recommend to follow all instructions we send. It is possible to hear and see animals and insects. It is located in a neighborhood with close neighbors which is possible can hear sounds from constructions and lawnmowings. The parking is for one car and is a bit inclined if cannot park or need an extra parking just reach us and we can assigned a spot to park. The place is on the first floor. Puerto Rico is facing often electricity outages, this can affect the tv signals, wifi and be a bit noisy because of the generators. When Puerto Rico is without electricity it can affects water so just let us know and we will provide (we have water cistern). There are stairs to access to the place. The hot water is by solar system usually is very hot (because of the sun) but there might be cloudy days. Please do not waste the hot water. No very loud noises are allowed. No smoking inside the place, only on terrace and outside. Place is exclusive for two guests. Place is not shared with other guests.
