Upgraded windows, kitchen, baths to help with noise and much more. Double surf locker with a board for you to use so you do not have to rent. The condo is very roomy with room for up to 4 guests, depending on the makeup of your party. Our unit has been updated inside with new tile flooring and fresh paint. Additionally we have updated bathrooms and kitchen. The living room has recently reupholstered couch, love seat and chair with a 40" flat screen TV. The dining room has a table with 6 chairs and 3 bar stools, recently reupholstered, for family dining in. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your use. We also provide a blender, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker and have recently added a Keurig K-cups machine. If you plan to use k-Cups you will need to bring your own because they are unavailable for purchase in our area. On the kitchen bar counter is the phones, a wi-fi modem and an information book. The hall closet has a combo washer/dryer unit for your convenience. Our complex has a blue light filtered water system and we provide a Pur water filtration pitcher. We have a longboard or a short board that our guests can use. Guest will have access to all HOA amenities. Property Manager is available We have 4 surf breaks withing walking distance. We have the only beach at Costa Azul that you can swim at. Bus to Cabo across street. Bus to San Jose a short walk across arroyo. Uber is now available. Our security will call you a taxi if needed.
