Immersed in the base of the Rainforest, this peaceful property is distant from noise and at the same time only 40 minutes from the airport and 15 min from beaches and restaurants. This house is ideal for nature lovers, relaxation, birdwatching, hiking to the river and taking a pause to breathe fresh air, all in the comfort of a beautiful house with a/c units in every bedroom. House is equipped with solar panels and Tesla battery. Fresh water comes from underground springs. Gated property The space The entire house can be used, the 3 rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, family room, working area, terrace, recreational gazebo with pool table and an outdoor deck nestled in nature (perfect for yoga, meditation or simply relaxing). Air conditioning units are located in all 3 bedrooms, the rest of the house is ventilated with ceiling fans. Note: air conditioning units are exclusively for bedroom use only. They are not meant to cool the entire house. A profesional exterminator services the house periodically however it is not unusual to spot ants and other small critters in the area since we are surrounded by the forest Guest access Short drive to El Yunque National Park, Luquillo beaches , the kioskos de Luquillo, Fajardo restaurants and beaches, the ferry terminal and local airport to Vieques and Culebra islands. Supermarkets, pharmacies and strip malls are no more than 15 minutes away. Other things to note We highly recommend to rent a vehicle, preferably SUVs since road conditions in most of the island are not in the best condition, ie potholes, bumps, uneven pavement, etc
