La Casa Azul Privada: Pool/Cocoa tour/Forest.

La Casa Azul is located on the west coast of Puerto Rico, between the towns of Aguada and Rincón. Our house has five (5) cozy rooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning, an excellent private pool area, a small private forest and a cocoa plantation where we do the chocolate tour. We are minutes from the beaches of Rincón and the best tourist attractions in the west coast. Also we do a variety of cultural tours! We will help you discover the island with the Puertorican hospitality. The space Casa Azul has a relaxing, tropical and Caribbean atmosphere. Our rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a rustic touch. Our decoration has a Creole style, typical of Caribbean country houses. The house is built in the middle of the 20th century, being one of the oldest wooden houses in our community. In the past, sugar cane was grown in its surroundings; but today we grow cocoa. The Casa Azul space is designed to make you feel comfortable and as a family. The rooms have air conditioning, private bathroom, comfortable closets, towels, sheets and toiletries. All the walls of our house have works of art by local artists. We have a beautiful terrace and balconies with comfortable benches, chairs, hammocks and tables where you can have breakfast, read a book or just relax while contemplating the garden and our private forest. In our room we have a variety of board games, a smart TV with integrated Wi-Fi and the option of local channels, comfortable blue armchairs and Creole chairs for a unique cultural touch. The dining room has a large table and an island-bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchen equipment, plates, cups, cutlery, glasses and everything you need so you can prepare your own meals before or after exploring. For the benefit of all visitors we have an information table; where you will find information and brochures on the best restaurants, beaches, waterfalls, agrotours, museums, parks and all the places to visit and discover near us. In the garden we have a large patio and an excellent pool area. In front of the pool you will see our small square with chairs, tables and umbrellas. You will also find the gazebo with the grill and shower and bathroom area of the pool. We have an additional two other gazebos with hammocks to enjoy the outdoors while you relax. Our private forest is our best spot to be in contact with nature. The little forest has more than 300 trees that you can walk through the different paths that we made. You will find signs with information about our biodiversity, you will see hammocks throughout the forest, campfire area and fish ponds. The forest is perfect for bird watching, connecting with nature and doing yoga. Inside the forest is our cocoa crop. More than 100 cocoa trees that produce the material to make our chocolate bars. Stay with us and enjoy paradise! Guest access Throughout our house we have high-speed Wi-Fi; Perfect for watching netflix on our smart TV, studying or working while on vacation. We provide towels, shower items, toilet paper and garbage bags. If during your stay you need more of these resources, feel free to ask us. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the appliances so you can cook your favorite dishes. We always have sugar, coffee and tea available for our guests at the house. In the patio area we have three comfortable gazebos. We also have a grill area and campfire area in our forest. We have all the equipment to make your barbecue. We have a disabled ramp in the house that gives access to our second level and the pool area. The pool area has a small plaza with a variety of comfortable tables and chairs. It has spaces to put the towel and take a delicious sunbath. It also has its shower and bathroom area. It can be used at any time, being the hours of the waterfall from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. In the room you will find an information table with lists of museums, parks, taxis, forests, agrotours, beaches, restaurants and all the places to visit near Casa Azul. We are in a central location between the towns of Aguada, Rincón and Aguadilla. So we are the perfect spot for surfers and adventurers who like to explore our island. The beaches of all the towns of the northwest are equidistant to us. So driving between 6 and 18 minutes you will find very good paradisiacal beaches. We are also very close to museums, monuments, restaurants, forests and waterfalls! Our Cocoa Tour lasts one hour and the time to offer it during the stay is coordinated with us. Tour hours are Monday through Friday from 4:00pm-5:00pm and weekends from 10:00-11:00am Ask us about our variety of private tours exploring Aguada and other western towns. Inside our house we also have free private parking. Do not forget to enjoy a sit, drink coffee or read a book in the more than 8 hammocks scattered throughout our gazebos and gardens. Other things to note Blue House experiences. At Casa Azul you will find a variety of activities that you can do in coordination with us that will make your stay unique, varied and fun. Cocoa Tour. Our House has a cocoa farm where we produce handmade chocolate. The tour lasts one hour. Schedules: 10:00-11:00 a.m. 11:00-12:00pm 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Cost: $20 per person. We learn about the history, cultivation and processing of cocoa and we include a tasting of our artisan chocolate. Visit our Private museum. We are certified tourist guides and as part of our offer we have a visit to our private museum. The visit lasts 35 minutes and includes a tour of 5 rooms of antiques, art, and carvings that tell the story of the towns of western Puerto Rico. Cost: $3 per person. Tour of Aguada. The tour lasts 2 hours. We explore some of the emblematic places of the town of Aguada while we walk through the historic center. Cost: 20 per person. Blue House Rules. Each space has a maximum number of guests. Additional guests not notified will be charged an extra $25 per person per night. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the rooms. We have a dedicated area in one of our gazebos. Smoking inside the home will incur a $100 cleaning fee to remove the odor. Pets are not allowed on the property, except those that are service. If you bring pets, there will be a $40 pet fee. We have a water tank and electric generator in the house so you should not worry if any of the basic services are interrupted in the town. The pool area can be used at any time. The motor and waterfall hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please do not eat or drink in or around the pool. Do not run or dive in the pool. In the pool area there is an external shower that can be used to wash the sand in case you come from the beach. Check in will always be at 4:00 pm. If you need to arrive earlier, you must notify us in advance and it will be subject to the availability of your space. Late departure. Check out is at 12:00 noon or earlier. Late departure must be notified in advance and will be subject to space availability. An additional fee of $15 will be charged for each additional hour after 12:00 noon. The house is exclusively for guests. No strangers or visitors are allowed within the Casa Azul premises from anyone who is not a Casa Azul guest or employee. Loud noises, shouting and loud music are prohibited at night. This is for the benefit of all guests and the community. If you are going to use our campfire area or you are going to use the grill, remember to turn it off after use and dispose of the ashes in the nearest garbage can. The guests must buy the charcoal. Only Casa Azul guests can use the pool area. Our staff is always ready to help
