Mountain Vista home in town

Please come enjoy our Mountain home. Situated in the Golden Valley and surrounded by breath taking views of the Purcell, Selkirk and Rocky Mountains. Located in a quiet neighborhood we are walking distance to cafes, pubs, entertainment and shopping. We are a 15 minute drive to Skiing/Snowboarding/cross-countryskiing/mountain biking @KickinghorseMountainresort. You can access world class running and biking trails just stepping out the door. We are situated between Yoho and Glacier National Parks. The space We are a 15 minute drive to Skiing/Snowboarding/cross-country skiing/mountain biking @KickinghorseMountain resort. You can access world class running and biking trails just stepping out the door. We are situated between Yoho and Glacier National Parks. We are 45 mn from Lake Louise. We are 1hr from Radium hot springs and Panorama resort. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Please make yourself at home. We have 4 bedrooms to use. Main floor has open concept living, dining, kitchen, a full bath with laundry facilities. Second floor has another full bath and 4 bedrooms, master bedroom has massive deck with spectacular views. There is a common area at top of stairs with tv, cable and wifi/Netflix. The sofa turns into another bed and has linen( under lounge piece/lifts up) We have 2 kids so our house is very kid friendly..we also have baby gates, playpen & highchair located at top of stairs in closet on left if needed. Our yard is fully fenced and very private. we have many fruit trees and gorgeous gardens. Guest access The whole house.. minus our suite off side of house( it is empty we only rent it nightly while we are home. There is an option to rent it for larger groups, perfect for grandparents or couple that wants a separate space) and basement. My husband is a general contractor so he will be accessing the garage which faces the back alley. Other things to note We will always be in contact and have great staff if we aren’t immediately available. We also have a suite attached to our home which is only rented when we are home. But if you require more room for grandparents or a couple it’s perfect and we can rent it as well. Just contact us and we can come up with a price. Please be aware of the Highway 1 East closure during the Road construction work between Golden & Yoho National Park. (See Kicking Horse phase 4 website for specific opening and closing time) Daily closed from 10pm to 7am (Detour via 93S) Check drivebc The Alternate Route via Hwy 95 and Hwy 93S is available during this time.
