The space Welcome to this spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom, ground-level suite near Kettle Valley, located minutes away from Okanagan Lake and Summerhill Pyramids Winery & Cedar Creek Winery. Features: - Hot tub (shared with the host) - Massive backyard and large private patio - 55" HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Youtube in the living room - BBQ on your private covered patio The bedroom features a queen size bed with King Coil Euro Top mattress and blackout curtains. There is also a queen size hide-a-bed in the living room. The open space living room includes a kitchenette with - an induction stove - full size fridge - pots & pans, cooking utensils - coffee/tea bar with electric kettle, French Press, Nespresso, and Aeroccino milk frother - tea, coffee pods, freshly ground coffee are complimentary - microwave dishes/cutlery and other necessities Our dining are features a large dining table and a corner booth seating bench. If you prefer cooking on a gas stove, the barbeque on guest patio has a burner for a medium size pot/pan. Towels, toiletries, clothing hangers and steamer are provided for your convenience. Guest space is attached to the main house (host lives above the unit), but guests will enjoy a separate entrance and private covered patio. Guest access The best part of this space is the huge backyard, which is a favourite among adults, kids, and dogs. There is plenty of space for playing volleyball, soccer, or even just running around. Large covered patio is quite nice, and is best enjoyed during your morning coffee or an afternoon drink. We encourage you to spend some time there. Other things to note We are happy to host your furry friends. Please note the backyard is not fenced. We also ask that you please clean up after your dogs. There are several easy hikes within 5-10 minute drive from our place, and a walking trail nearby. Ask us for recommendations on exploring the nearby area!
