Live like a local in this fully furnished unit with all of the comforts you'll need, including your own private rooftop pool terrace. Enjoy all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer within just a 3 block radius, including the beach (Playa Los Muertos), the Malecon and an abundance of bars, restaurants and boutique shops. The space With 1250 square feet, Casa Cerveza features spacious living for up to 4 people. There are two bedrooms each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, gas stove & microwave, plus a coffee maker and electric tea pot for your favorite morning beverage. When you're ready for some fresh air, grab a book from our book library and pop upstairs to the rooftop terrace. There's plenty of comfortable seating including an outdoor living set, dining table and 2 sun loungers. You can either catch some rays or get some reprieve from the direct sun under the sizable pergola. The pool is the perfect place to cool down, but also heated for those cool winter nights. Please note that our onsite hosts share the rooftop terrace, however they are great about giving our guests their privacy. Whether you want to eat in or dine out, the world is your oyster! Casa Cerveza is located within steps of some of the most popular restaurants in town, not to mention some of Vallarta's favorite nighttime hot spots. As a matter of fact, one of Vallarta's hottest casual dining establishments is right downstairs, Los Muertos Brewing Company...craft beer and some say the best pizza in town! Daily housekeeping is included with your stay. Grocery pre-stocking services are available for a small fee. LGBTQ+ friendly, family friendly, pet friendly, all are welcome! However, please respect our space and our neighbors. No smoking, no parties, and no outside guests please. Guest access In addition to the spacious living space, guests have access to the rooftop terrace. Other things to note Being in the heart of downtown, this is a not quiet, tranquil getaway spot so please set your expectations accordingly. The unit is on the 3rd floor, the pool is on the roof (5th floor). There is no elevator, so this is not suitable for anyone who is not comfortable with stairs.
