Located just 10 minutes from downtown Edmonton and only two blocks from the scenic North Saskatchewan River, this home sits in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood that blends peaceful surroundings with city convenience. At the heart of the home is a bright, fully equipped kitchen featuring timeless white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and generous counter space for cooking and preparing meals. Gather around the glass dining table for four—perfect for morning coffee, relaxed dinners, or unwinding with a glass of wine. The welcoming living room showcases original hardwood floors and charming coved ceilings that add warmth and character. Sink into the plush LazyBoy sofa, put your feet up, and enjoy the natural light, tasteful décor, and a comfortable place to relax, watch TV, or spend time together. When it’s time to rest, both bedrooms offer a calm and restful escape. The primary bedroom features a Canadian-made KING-size Douglas mattress, soft carpeting, soothing artwork, and warm bedside lighting for a boutique-hotel feel. Each room is styled with quality linens and thoughtful touches to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a full tub and shower—perfect for a quick refresh or a relaxing soak. Step outside to your private, fully fenced backyard, a lovely spot for fresh air, morning coffee, or unwinding in the evening. You’re also just minutes from local favorites like Candid Coffee Roasters, Fox Burger, Bodega, and Kind Ice Cream, while Rogers Place and downtown Edmonton are only a short drive away. Whether you’re visiting for work, traveling with family, or enjoying a quiet getaway, this welcoming home has everything you need to settle in and feel at home. There is a basement suite and it’s rented separately. They have their own entrance in the back. Other things to note Please note: we rent out the basement suite of this house as well. (Please inquire if you’d like to rent the entire 4 bedroom home!). Even though it is a self-contained suite with a separate entrance, the sound does carry. For the enjoyment and respect of our guests there are quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. If you are travelling with a group and wish to party or make a lot of noise, then there is not the right place for you. Both suites are on the same heating system so we ask that the thermostat always stay at 20C. We do not have air conditioning so the house can get quite warm in the summer months but we provide portable fans for your comfort. Check in is 3pm (or anytime after), and checkout is 11am.
