The 'DeLaRosi' Room is a nice and comfortable place with a Queen Size bed with mosquito net. CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED The space The "DeLaRosi Room" in Cabañas Monarca Mazunte is located right at the entrance of Mazunte, Oaxaca; it is a functional, nice, comfortable and pleasant room, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, we are on a hill overlooking the sea to the main bay of Mazunte, close to restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. This room features: - 1 Queen Size bed with mosquito net, sheets and cotton covers. - Starlink high-speed satellite internet. - Private bathroom with shower. - Open closet for hanging clothes, suitcases, and shoes. - A safe for valuables. - Chest of drawers for storing clothes. - Floor fan. - Towels (not beach towels) - Hand soap and toilet paper. - Hammock. - A shared outdoor terrace with a hammock, wooden chairs, a small table, and a bench to rest peacefully outdoors overlooking the sea. - Parking. We are not liable for damage or total theft inside or outside our property. - NO pets allowed. - Visitors are NOT allowed, not even for a short time or at night. - No gatherings, parties, or events. - NO more people are allowed to stay than those stipulated in the reservation. - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the room. - We do not have a shared kitchen or refrigerator. - We have no hot water, no air conditioner and no Wi-fi. Our space has stairs so it is not recommended for very old people or small children, due to this and the stairs without handrails and open railings of the terraces, CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. We offer a change of clean sheets and towels on reservations of more than 5 nights and every 7 nights if your stay is extended. If you want to change towels and sheets in stays of less than 5 nights, it will be done with an extra charge $$ There is noise from vehicles traveling near our property to the Main Avenue of Mazunte, this is something that is beyond our control, we give a pair of new earplugs per person. We don't have a street number or official number, so we ask that you read the arrival instructions we give you when booking very carefully. Guest access This room is located inside my property where I live and where I have other rooms for rent, so it is part of a private Villa. The entrance to the property, stairs, corridors, garage, and a terrace are shared with other guests and me. During your stay I give my guests freedom and try to always be at their service by looking for ways to help them with what they need through Airbnb messages or my cell phone. We treat you with kindness and respect. We also accept suggestions and comments as long as they are to improve our service and relationship. Other things to note NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS. As a place that supports ecotourism in the area, we have no hot water or air conditioning. Stairs and a slope must be climbed to get there. We recommend bringing insect repellent since the entire Mazunte area is surrounded by nature and there are mosquitoes. Our cabins are fumigated but we do not control wildlife. Mazunte only has public lighting on the main roads, so it is recommended to bring a small flashlight or use your cell phone light to illuminate your return to the room on your night walks. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms for safety and the bad smell it causes. You are asked not to throw cigarette butts in the gardens as we are surrounded by nature. If a cigarette smell is noticed in your room at the end of your reservation, you leave cigarette butts inside, or we find any evidence of smoking inside, an extra cleaning fee of $350 pesos will be charged. Food is not allowed in the room or electric grills for cooking as this space is not designed for this purpose, food can attract ants, insects and larger animals, in case of surprising you with food or leaving food residues in the rooms, a charge of $350 pesos will be made for extra cleaning. Only drinks are allowed and preferably keep them inside a cooler. To ensure the cleanliness of our whites (towels and sheets), we invite you to make good use of them by avoiding stains that are difficult to remove, makeup, dyes, or any substance that could damage them. Otherwise, any inconvenience of this type may result in an extra charge at the end of your stay. The towels in the room are for use inside the room only, THEY ARE NOT BEACH TOWELS.
