On the ground floor: A welcoming main room with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable seating area and a bathroom with shower. Outside: A terrace with table and chairs, a small garden lounge and a barbecue at your disposal. 🌟 Facilities and amenities: Well located: Accessible area without traffic jams and very rarely subject to water cuts. Air conditioning with timer (from 6 p.m. to 10 a.m.): For cool and restful nights. Linens: Sheets and towels are provided. Equipped kitchen: Dishes, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hob, fridge – everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Private garden: Enjoy relaxing outdoor moments in your own garden, with parking included. Connectivity: Internet access and cable TV. Guest access The accommodation is a small independent house with enclosed garden and parking space inside. Check-ins and check-outs are usually self-contained with a secure lockbox, giving you total flexibility. I am also available to advise you and answer any questions you may have during your stay.
