Just a five minute walk to the beach, trendy diverse restaurants and bars, the convenience of a 24 hour Walgreens, the famous Kasalta bakery, as well as fast food restaurants, this neighborhood truly has it all. The space Note: if you are a larger party and need extra rooms our sister properties (second and third apartments) Casa Granada 2 & 3 are available. One on the first floor and the other on the second floor of the property. Each has their own entrance and street gate. This unique historic property, one of the first buildings constructed in the area has character and the architectural beauty that takes you back in time to the beginnings of the past century. The original Spanish tiles, floors, mosaics and columns are wonderfully preserved, complementing the tropical atmosphere that the property offers with modern comfort within the city. Casa Granada 1 apartment provides our guests with space and privacy, our amenities include 2 bedrooms with AC, one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. The apartment also includes a full - size sofa bed in the living room. For your convenience, there is a spacious and practical kitchen, one bathroom, Smart TV, WIFI, clothes steamer, hair dryer, toiletries, sheets, towels, beach chairs and access to a paying laundromat in the building.
