Recommended for people who are not sensitive to noise. The space From the moment you open your bedroom door, you'll be amazed by the ocean view! Private rooms with a separate entrance that have everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It includes a kitchenette for light meals, a small induction stove, kitchen utensils, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, free internet, a TV, a private bathroom with hot water, a safe, and a closet for your belongings. You can take a taxi on the road. Call a taxi. The property is more expensive because you are charged for the private service. Or if you prefer to walk, we're 15 minutes from downtown. 25 minutes from the north beach. 15 minutes from the Chedraui supermarket. By golf cart or motorcycle, going downtown takes about 5 minutes. And to the supermarket in about 5 minutes too. Golf cart rentals are located downtown, some on Av. Rueda Medina, getting off the ferry. Guest access The guest's room has free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, small induction stove, basic cooking utensils, private bathroom with hot water, hair dryer, and beach towels. You can also access the terrace area, which has an ocean view and a small pool in the common area to cool off, which can be used by the other guests who accompany us. I'd like to take this opportunity to say that the apartment area is safe, and you can walk on the road. It's just on the side of the road. In this part of the island (narrow), there are only two roads (one on each side) and it can be traveled from early, during the day and at night it usually goes down. (if you have a sensitive ear when sleeping, I do not recommend it), I prefer to be honest than to have some case with disagreement. *If you break something or stain something white, you must notify us, replace it (with something similar) or pay for it. Either pay directly (notifying the staff to know the cost) or do it through Airbnb. We can't help but mention: Past the road, in front of the property, there is an airstrip that is only used by helicopters when some important government person arrives or the Mexican navy. (not every day, very sporadic). On that runway, there is a power plant that is there temporarily. We have electricity through an underground cable that comes from Cancun. This cable is under repair and the plant helps when the electrical load is too much for the island. They turn it on, and you don't know when or how long it will be on. It's noisy.
