Description
Villa Río Vista is a two bedroom, two and a half bath home that sits atop a family lot very close to central Sayulita. Both bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms are on the same floor. Recently remodeled home is a quick 1-2 block walk to all the restaurants and shops Sayulita offers. The beach is also a short walk away. An open space living/kitchen area includes a dining table, television and built in couches. The rooftop terrace has a grill if you wish to cook out. The space The home is one of three currently on the property and sits at the top of a shared staircase. You have two options in accessing our home. You can enter through Pelicanos street in the front using a common entrance or Río Zarquito in the back (parking and empty lot walk up). The home is close enough to the action and vibrancy of the town center but hidden enough to provide privacy and tranquility. Guest access * Fold away twin cot is available. Let us know in advance if you need this accommodation. * Hotel type safe available in one bedroom. * Television with access to Netflix and other channels in living room (you can log in with your account). * Bring your own beach towels. * This is our home too, some of our personal belongings have been stored for our own personal use. Please do not access items that are stowed away. Other things to note Sayulita is busy and can be busier than normal on major holidays (both Mexican and American). Be aware that every Sunday there is an outdoor market that sets up on Pelicanos street and can affect car accessibility (street is closed to cars on Sundays until 5pm) through this street, however back entrance is open. We offer available secure parking accessible through Río Zarquito street in the back. Water availability is often and unfortunately an issue. The home has two water tanks which hold water in the event that (city/town) water is not being pumped. Water outages will affect all restaurants, homes, and hotels and is out of our control. To ensure you have water during your stay, conserve water usage during showers and dishwashing. Water is usually pumped daily from 5-8 am. The outside hose only works when city water is pumping. Be aware that if you open hose and water does not flow, if left open, water will flow and run when pumping begins. In other words, don't leave the water faucet open assuming there is no water as it will flow as soon as water service pumping begins.
