Delightful, breezy condo with an ocean view

Delightful, bright and breezy top floor condo w/ vaulted ceilings and views of the ocean and tropical gardens in Romantic Zone, the most sought after neighborhood in PV. It's truly a real home-away-from-home...as the owners live here 6 months of the year...and have made it very comfortable and well equipped. The space This fully furnished condo is a home away from home. The kitchen has granite counter tops, SS appliances (6 burner stove and oven), microwave, blender, coffee maker, teapot. The kitchen is well stocked with baking/cooking dishes/utensils, wine glasses and extras like spices, clothes/dish detergent, J cloths, garbage bags, saran wrap, lots of plastic food containers etc. LR has a ceiling fan, comfortable seating, FS tv with HDMI cord, Samsung Dual Docking Station for ipod / iphone 4 /5, internet wireless, washer dryer, balcony, one parking space. The bedroom features 1 Q bed, armoir , 2 dressers, ceiling fan, A/C, bathroom w/ shower. The living space has a sofa bed (not too comfie though) and a good quality single bed. The wall has been removed from the 2nd bedroom to allow more living space which now accommodates a table and chairs for 6. There is a ceiling fan, AC, 2nd bathroom w/shower in this area. Almost all paintings in the condo are done by the owner. As well on site: umbrella and beach chairs, pool noodle, shopping cart on wheels, many books, magazines, deck of cards, and family and adult charades for your enjoyment. The property has a large pool w/solar heating, loungers, lush tropical gardens, onsite administration and 24/7 security. Please note: our listing had top ratings 3 years ago when we rented it, then we deleted it when we retired and were using it ourselves.
