Now GENERATOR / PANEL SOLAR / WATER TANK & EXCELLENT INTERNET The space THINGS YOU MAY EXPECT THE BUILDING: Beach Front Perla del Mar is a building that has three (3) apartments with individual & totally private access. The building construction is made all in concrete with a touch of wood giving a country style. No contact with others guests. 1. THE APARTMENT: Is designed and REGISTERED on Airbnb for two (2) adults only, no visitors, no children, no pets. Both managers, Airbnb and Tourism of Puerto Rico are stricter too complying with the registration of the capacity of each apartment. 2. DISCOUNT AVAILABLE: Both, SHORT TERM & LONG TERM with GREAT DISCOUNT. Also, early - bird pricing and last - minute pricing discount. 3. AMAZING POOL AREA: Measures 16" long x 10" wide x 42" deep. 4. BIKE STATION Bring your bike, one of the best ways to experience the island having fun and feeling the cool breeze. We offer a bike station for your convenience. 5. BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE BALCONY Each apartment has a private balcony an excellent area for working remote or just enjoying the ocean and the sunset. 6. BEACHES: In Puerto Rico have the most beautiful beaches, and We have one of them just in front. Walking distance to a beautiful sandy Beach perfect for sunbathing, swimming or water sports, We always recommend our guest to search the internet (daily) for updated information in the relevant agencies about sea (currants) and weather conditions. Search by internet: weather. gov/sju Also, we provide beach towels and life guard jackets for the beach, igloo cooler, and two (2) beach chair. Sorry, no beach umbrella, no blanket, and no snorkeling gear. Please request them by text message before your check-in. 7. SURFING Bring your surfing board to ride in the sea having memorable aquatic adventure in our beautiful beaches. 8. EVACUATION MAP: An evacuation map is posted on the wall inside the apartment in case of a local emergency. It is your responsibility to become familiar with the map. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. 9. CELLULAR DIGITAL SIGNAL: The digital signal of the cellular companies is good depending on where we are located. Sometimes, Airbnb messages take time to come in and I have no control over that. My north is to answer immediately, because I know how important it is for you. 10. GETTING AROUND: They're no Uber or taxi to transport around. You may need to rent a car. 11. SUITCASES: I have an area available inside this building to store empty suitcases / baggage so you could be more comfortable inside the apartment.  The day before your departure (check-out) you notify me at what time you want to be return it. 12. WHEATHER: We are in a Caribbean Island this means hurricanes, COVID and other things can happen and it still the reservation been strict/non refundable. Also this applies to any other factors including modifications date. 13. COMPLAINT: My goals are to guarantee an optimum stay at a high level of quality and excellence. Guest access The room is identified with a mailbox that has a number #2. It's haves a private access using a convenience digital door lock. Inside the mailbox you will find the key. No code needed. Other things to note OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE 1. GENERATOR / PANEL SOLAR WATER TANK & INTERNET: We offer a generator 15 kilos or panel solar in case the power (electricity) goes off and water tank with the capacity of 1,800 gallons in case there's no city water. Also, if there's no power city (electricity) it is assumed that there will be cable TV and INTERNET since the services come from CLARO FIBER OBTIC. The internet network is "Perla del Mar-guest" and the password is "DelMar787". 2. BED: Luxury QUEEN size bed. 3. APPLIANCES: A new kitchen unit with faucet, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. No stove or single burner are available. But you will have two (2) Dezin multi-functional electric hot pot, Imusa rice & multipurpose cooker, small air fryer, and small freezer. Please see photos on Airbnb platform. 4. AMENITIES: Hot water, soap, shampoo & conditioner, iron, hair dryer and more are available. Also, a welcome, we gave you some ground coffee, water, and beverages to start the day. Additionally, we have a washer and drying machine that will be shared with other guests. In addition, we provide detergent (no charge). 5. HOT WATER / BATHROOM / TOILET BOWL: Turn the knob to the left and let the water run for a little while so you can enjoy a hot shower. With the same knob, you can adjust the temperature of the water by turning it slightly to the right. Please, nothing inside the toilet bowl. Use the trash can near the toilet bowl. The bathroom area don't have privacy. The shower have a door and the toilet area a curtain. Please see photos before booking. 6. BATH TOWEL / FLAT SHEET: We don’t provide a small bath towel for the face or showering. If you use a it, please don't forget to bring your own. Also, we don't provide flat sheet either. Just a fitted a sheet to cover the mattress and under the fitted sheet, it has a luxury waterproof mattress cover. 7. EXTRA PILLOW / BEACH TOWELS: The bed has only two (2) pillows. If you are interested in extra pillows and beach towels, please request them by text message before your ck-in. 8. PARKING LOT: We provide a parking area with no charge. We are not responsible for damages and / or objects left in the car or inside the apartment when you ck-out. 9. FILE: In the apartment, we provide a file that has good information. 10. STRICTLY SUPERVICION: Is strictly your responsibility, the TOTAL supervision at all times of the minor (20 years or less) who accompanies you during your stay. 11. DOOR LOCK: Inside the mailbox you will find the key and ONLY works with the digital panel door lock. When you are going to lock the door, use the key in the area of the digital panel lock. NEVER close the door using the handle lock. Please see photo. 12. SMOKING, VAPING, CANNABIS, (SUPPLEMENTS), MARIJUANA, E- CIGARETTES, ETC. ARE NOT ALLOWED: Strictly, it is not allowed vaporize and/or smoke cannabis / marijuana, including any kind of supplements and as also any kind of e-cigarettes is prohibited inside the apartment and / or the building area. We respect your right to use it, but the smoke and the strong odors that those products release embed into the wood, mattress, curtains, etc. of the apartment and disgust my present and future guests. I suggest leaving the cannabis / marihuana in your car (including any kind of supplement of cannabis medicine: sweets, candy, creams, ointments, pills etc.) since their smell is so strong that it can be presumed that it was used inside the apartment.Also, private and specialized deep cleaning services will be requested to certify in writing, strong and objectionable odors are present inside the apartment and in turn proceed with the cleaning.
