Zen Loft in Riversdale near River/Downtown

The Zen Loft is a beautiful cozy attic bedroom with windows, a wall mounted electric fireplace, original hardwood floors, a meditation/yoga space, and work desk; located in a character home on a tree-lined street. Just off the trendy 20th St., you'll be close to the Saskatoon Farmer's Market, the South Saskatchewan River, and Downtown (10 min walk). Riversdale is one of Saskatoon's oldest neighbourhoods, centrally located and close to a variety of local shops, restaurants & cafes. The space The Zen Loft is located on the 3rd floor of a lovely character home. The bedroom is open and spacious. The decor is modern and charming with original wood floors, exposed brick, a wall mounted glass electric fireplace, and windows facing east and west. With the biggest tree on the block, looking out the window makes it feel like you're in a tree fort! Common Area The common area hosts a small kitchenette which includes: a fridge, microwave, keurig machine w/ complimentary coffee pods, filtered water, toaster, table and chairs. The Washroom has his & her sinks, a large shower head with good pressure, and a bathtub. Both the common area and the washroom are located on the 2nd floor which is exclusive to guests (hosts live on the main floor with a separate entrance). If you are the only guest staying, you will have the Common Space & Washroom to yourself. If there are other guests, these are shared. Guest access Common Area, Washroom, and Your Private Room During your stay We've set up the space to be as convenient and easy as possible for your stay. The space is used by guests only and is not shared by the host. Other things to note There is free overnight parking on the street in front of the house but it’s only 2hr parking during the day. If you’re leaving a vehicle for the day or multiple days, there is unlimited free parking just a half block north on Ave E (on the other side of 20th) as well as a half block south on 19th street.
